What is Hyatt Gold Passport?: Hyatt Gold Passport is Hyatt Hotels' frequent guest program which rewards guests who remain loyal to the Hyatt brand with free nights, complimentary upgrades, special amenities, and 72-hour room availability.
Basic Way to a Free Night: The basic membership, Gold Membership, allows members to earn five points for every eligible dollar spent at a Hyatt property to use towards free nights. One free night in a standard room at a category 1 property requires 5,000 points.
How Are Points Awarded?: Points are awarded everytime a member stays in a Hyatt or Hyatt affiliate, including AmeriSuites, Hawthorn Suites, and Summerfield Suites. Different promotions enable members to earn greater points. Gold members earn five points for every eligible dollar spent at a Hyatt property or affiliate. Platinum members earn 15% bonus points and Diamond members earn 30% bonus points.
How Are Points Redeemed?: Points can be redeemed for free hotel stays, vacation packages and room upgrades. In addition, members can also exchange points for frequent flier miles, car rentals, and auctions on unique dining, sporting events, driving and golf experiences.
