- Anti-diarrheal medicine
- Antihistamine pills (for any allergic reactions)
- Advil (or pain relief of choice)
- Vitamins (you may be subsisting on cereal bars)
- Nasal decongestant (will help relieve nasal pressure during flights)
- Hydrocortisone cream
