Free Dining with American Express Membership Rewards: Perks for Business Travelers

Tuesday February 13, 2007
So there's no such thing as a free meal, right? When you're traveling for business, maybe your company lets you expense most of your meals. However, some companies have a strict per diem for meals while traveling, and you may need to use some of your own cash to nosh at times. Business travelers who use American Express for their travel expenses can quickly earn lots of points. Besides free hotels and free flights, Amex also lets you use your points toward restaurants as well. That's food for thought on your next trip.

That can definitely come in handy on a business trip, especially if you take many business trips and the points build up. Thanks!
