Top 5 Best Airlines for Business Travelers
Wednesday December 27, 2006
Airlines are a business traveler's best friend. They can also be the bane of our existence. Long lines, mediocre food, and security hassles can make a business trip a virtual nightmare. I didn't even mention problem passengers! On one of my last flights with Continental, I had a swarthy male passenger get ejected for calling a female flight attendant a derogatory term. He was loud, obnoxious, boorish, and caused a major headache for a flight that was already delayed. The cool, professional way in which the attendants and the pilot (and later the police) handled the man was total professionalism. The professionalism that the staff exhibited is one of many traits that I look for in the best airlines for business travelers.

Interesting list and helpful. I’ve been premier at United for years, however, and the airline has done so much promoting that it’s hard to actually get all the great benefits you could in the past. Today, you need to be premier exec to get upgrades because the list of passengers requesting them is so long.
