Hyatt Hotels: Personalized Wake-Up Calls for Business Travelers

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts recently started a new program for their Gold Passport members. Now, Passport members will be able to have personalized messages from their family and friends as their wake-up call during their stay. Basically, members will receive instructions in the mail with a special access code that will let family members record the message. I just received mine yesterday, and I certainly plan to use it on my next trip. I think it's a great amenity for business travelers who are away from their families.
