In-Flight Chatter

According to a new Bureau of Transportation Statistics report, American travelers are divided on whether or not cell phones should be used in-flight. Personally (even as a frequent business traveler) I am against this - an airplane full of people talking an their cell phones sounds like a nightmare to me! What are your thoughts?
